Adult Scoliosis: Staying Ahead of the Curve

Adult Scoliosis:  Staying ahead of the Curve is a 4 hour educational event for Registered Nurses (RN’s), Physician Assistant’s (PA’s) and Nurse Practitioner’s (NP’s) caring for adult patients with spinal deformity. .  Upon completion of this course each participant will receive three (3) CE credits for attendance. 
Course Objective’s Include:

• Physical Assessment of patient’s with scoliosis; motor and sensory examination
• Imaging interpretation; full length X-ray, MRI, CAT scan
• Treatment options for the adult spinal deformity patient; conservative and operative
• Post-operative considerations for the surgical patient
