Office Manager for Medical Device and Practice Management Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations for a medical device and practice management company.
- Call law offices and gather patient information.
- Understand and navigate various insurance processes.
- Utilize EMR systems and Monday software efficiently.
- Handle billing and revenue cycle tasks.
- Apply knowledge of medical terminology to daily operations.
- Travel to various locations within New York City and Long Island as required.
- Work remotely and manage hybrid schedules effectively.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a spine office or related medical field is required.
- Willingness to travel throughout NYC and Long Island.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and Monday software.
- Experience in billing and revenue cycle management.
- Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Outgoing personality with a hustler mentality.
Must Have(s):
- Spine office or related experience.
- Willingness to travel throughout NYC and LI on a hybrid schedule.
- Spanish speaking highly preferred.
