Office Manager for Medical Device and Practice Management Company


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations for a medical device and practice management company.
  • Call law offices and gather patient information.
  • Understand and navigate various insurance processes.
  • Utilize EMR systems and Monday software efficiently.
  • Handle billing and revenue cycle tasks.
  • Apply knowledge of medical terminology to daily operations.
  • Travel to various locations within New York City and Long Island as required.
  • Work remotely and manage hybrid schedules effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a spine office or related medical field is required.
  • Willingness to travel throughout NYC and Long Island.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems and Monday software.
  • Experience in billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Outgoing personality with a hustler mentality.

Must Have(s):

  • Spine office or related experience.
  • Willingness to travel throughout NYC and LI on a hybrid schedule.
  • Spanish speaking highly preferred.
