Physician Assistant (Spine) - New York City

SpineSearch is seeking to fill multiple openings for Physician Assistants. Our client is a leading spine and pain practice with locations throughout the NY Metro Area. New grads encouraged to apply!

Requirements of the Physician Assistant:

• New York Physician Assistant license
• Board certification
• Experience in orthopedics, neurosurgery, pain management or related specialty preferred. Clinical rotation experience accepted
• Must be willing to travel to mulitple offices throughout the metro area

Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant:

• Conducts physical exams, assesses health status, orders, and interprets tests, prescribes medications, and treats illnesses including giving injections.
• Take a patient’s medical history/record demographics
• Order and interpret tests
• Conduct physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat illnesses
• Write prescriptions
• Counsel patients on preventative care
