Maxine Bruschi: Executive Assistant to Nicola Hawkinson, CEO.
Before joining the SpineSearch team, Maxine worked for 3 years as the Administrative Assistant to one of St. Francis Hospital’s top Orthopedic Surgeons specializing in hip and knee surgery. Through her experience there, Maxine was able to master all aspects of the day-to-day operations required for efficient patient care in a high-volume practice. Maxine is responsible for the management of the daily SpineSearch Schedule, all e-mail correspondences, and overall office management. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Hofstra University.
Dana Gibaldi - Client Service Manager
Dana joins SpineSearch with experience in healthcare recruiting and client management. Her background includes the recruitment of clinical and administrative professionals, and she has been responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. She strives to always look out for whatís best for her hires, clients, and company. Dana received her Bachelorís Degree in Psychology from SUNY Albany.
Sean Cappiello: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Sean is the newest asset to the SpineSearch team. After graduating from SUNY Cortland in 2015, he sought to put his Bachelorís in Communications to work in the staffing industry. Sean has a strong focus on delivering top quality candidates while putting an emphasis on going the extra mile for his clients.
Jacquelyn Carrera: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Jacquelyn joins the SpineSearch team as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. Her past recruitment experience focused on Allied Health positions including, but not limited to Medical Assistants, LPNís, and RNís. Jacquelyn is a graduate from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science in business management and finance, and is currently pursuing her Masterís degree.
Reggie Roy: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Reggie specializes in Mid-level, Physician and executive recruitment. Reggie’s healthcare experience ranges from physical therapy aide to pharmacy technician and sales. He interned at the Clinton Foundation working on the Haiti Relief Team. This team was responsible for facilitating public health and construction needs for rebuilding Haiti after the earthquake. Reggie received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Pace University where he also played division II baseball.

Scott is a seasoned recruiter who has utilized his years of experience in recruitment and business development to foster relationships with both candidates and clients. Scott specializes in Physician, and mid-level Recruitment. Scott received his Bachelor’s Degree from Coastal Carolina University.
Ryan Wagner: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Ryan joined SpineSearch in 2015 as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant. He specializes in administrative, mid-level and revenue cycle recruitment. Ryan received his Bachelor's of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware in 2014. Upon graduating, his goal was to get his foot in the door within the healthcare field and since then has proved to be an integral member of the SpineSearch team.

Tori joins SpineSearch as our New Business Development Specialist. Tori's experience in healthcare will assist her to develop new relationships with clients nationwide, and continue to expand the SpineSearch brand. Tori received her Bachelor's of Psychology from the University of Delaware.
