Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Endocrinology)-CT

A leading medical center in Connecticut is seeking an NP/PA to join their endocrinology team. The provider would be in a 100% inpatient setting collaborating with a high functioning team to provide care for patients with endocrinology disorders and a large focus on diabetes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient assessments and interpret diagnostic tests.
2. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
3. Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay informed about advancements in endocrinology.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Connecticut licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• Board certification or eligibility
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
