Neurosurgeon / Spine Surgeon — Nassau & Suffolk County, NY

SpineSearch is seeking a Neurosurgeon with a spine focus for a Long Island-based opportunity.

Opportunity details:

• Neurosurgery / neuro spine role
• Adult spine focus
• May consider orthopedic spine candidates
• BC or BE candidates considered
• Will look at fellows
• Strong preference for out-of-training / early-career physicians
• Will consider experienced candidates
• Open to out-of-state candidates with ties to the area
• No visa sponsorship
• Primary focus on Suffolk County, with coverage in Nassau County
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Most physicians have approximately 2 office days per week, with potential for additional office time
• General neurosurgery call included
• Dedicated secretary provided
• Potential partnership-track opportunity
• Practice covers hospital credentialing and renewals

Compensation / benefits details provided:

• Bonus and incentive structure
• Claims-made malpractice policy
• Tail coverage paid by the practice
• Approximately 5 weeks PTO
• CME allowance
