Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiatrist Job – Bergen County & Hudson County, NJ

SpineSearch is seeking to recruit an Outpatient Musculoskeletal Physiatrist to join a physician-led rehabilitation practice serving patients in Bergen County and Hudson County, New Jersey.

This role focuses on the evaluation and conservative management of spine and musculoskeletal conditions within a well-organized outpatient clinical environment. Physicians work alongside a multidisciplinary team and benefit from strong administrative support, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient PM&R practice
• No call responsibilities
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
• Diverse patient population including spine, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Collaborative clinical team and strong administrative support

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat new and established patients
• Develop treatment plans including physical therapy and conservative spine care
• Perform joint and soft tissue injections (with or without ultrasound guidance)
• Order diagnostic imaging including X-rays and MRI when appropriate
• Perform or coordinate electrodiagnostic testing (EMG)
• Document patient care using electronic health records

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician
• Interest in musculoskeletal and spine care
• New Jersey medical license or eligibility
