Pain Management Physician — Tampa Bay Area, FL
SpineSearch is seeking a Pain Management Physician for an opportunity in the Tampa Bay area.
Opportunity details:
- Interventional Pain Management role
- Multispecialty neurosurgery and pain management group setting
- Tampa Bay region with six clinic locations, including Wesley Chapel, Trinity, Lakeland, Spring Hill, South Tampa, and Brandon
- Outpatient-based role
- Procedures primarily performed in-office
- No hospital call required
- May include call between pain physicians
- Fluoroscopy suites available in all locations except South Tampa
- Support staff includes MA, with potential for PA/NP, scribe, and AI documentation tools
- EMR currently noted as Sivacity; may transition to eClinicalWorks
- Will be stationed at 2 offices depending on need and physician location
- Minimum clinic volume noted at 20 patients per day, with ability to see 30–40 if desired
- Procedural volume noted at 10–20 procedures per day, primarily in-office
Compensation / benefits details provided:
- Base salary range approximately $350,000–$400,000
- Potential sign-on bonus
- Productivity-based bonus potential
- Partnership opportunity based on performance benchmarks
- Option to invest in ASC and other practice-related opportunities
Candidate profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician
- PM&R or Anesthesia background considered
- Fellowship-trained or newly out of fellowship welcome
- Interest in collaborative care and conservative management
