Total Joint Surgeon - Monmouth County, NJ

Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Care & Diagnosis:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide spectrum of joint-related conditions.
- Formulate and execute non-operative and operative treatment plans.
- Utilize advanced imaging and diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions.
• Surgical Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of total joint replacement surgeries, including:
- Primary total hip and knee arthroplasty
- Revision joint arthroplasty
- Complex reconstructions and minimally invasive approaches
• Call Coverage:
- Participate in a rotating orthopedic call schedule, covering emergency and
inpatient cases.
- Provide consults and surgical care for joint-related acute injuries when on call.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with in-house physician assistants, physical therapists, radiologists,
and other subspecialists.
- Coordinate with referring physicians and primary care providers for integrated
patient management.
Candidate Requirements:
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Strong clinical acumen and surgical skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Will work out of Monmouth, Middlesex, and possibly Ocean county
